VIDEO: Twin Sister - Stop

This 5-person band from Long Island was formed in 2008. Andrea sings, Bryan plays the drums, Eric plays guitar, Gabe plays the bass, and Udbhav plays keyboard. They released their debut album "In Heaven" on September 26. This is definitely not a band to sleep on. Check out their new single "Stop".

Thanks to Yours Truly for the video.

SONG: The Dynamic Set Feat. Liam Bailey - When They Will Learn

"Four years ago, Liam Bailey visited NYC from his hometown of Nottingham, England to write and record songs with Truth & Soul (Jeff Silverman & Leon Michels), that could help secure him the ever elusive major label deal. Shortly after the group met, an instant chemistry led to a series of reggae and soul songs that have been long-time favorites at T&S headquarters. Among those first couple songs are the roots reggae gems, "When Will They Learn"."  - via soundcloud

This is a brand new track released right before Christmas by Frank Ocean. It is definitely more of a song that we would more likely here from one of his couterparts such as Trey Songz but still a good song. Check it out below and feel free to download!

SONG: Lana Del Rey - Off To The Races

This brand new single from Lana Del Rey has been receiving a lot of attention lately. Not only has it been spreading on blogs across the internet but it was selected as the iTunes single of the week. VIDEO: The Weeknd - The Knowing

After many fan released videos we finally have the official thing from The Weeknd himself. This video is set on a different planet in the year of 16311 A.D. The video uses the metaphor of the scission of two planets representing the splitting a relationship between a male and female. She takes his heart in an attempt to destroy it. This is by far one of my favorite music videos of 2011. Enjoy!

VIDEO: Outfit - Two Islands

This song was written by Liverpool's Outfit when he lived in a 23 bed house downtown. The self-directed video was created using all of his previous roommates. The idea of the song and video is to show the reality of living life and remembering the glimpses of faces of those whom you cherish memories with in the past.

SONG: Drake - The Crew Feat. The Weeknd

After Drake pushed back his album from October 24th to November 15th, songs from the album have been getting leaked track-by-track. Drake responded rather calmly on twitter with, "Listen, enjoy it, buy it if you like it...take care until next time."

This is one of my favorites from the tracks I've heard so far.

JMSN is soul singer/songwriter/producer born in Detroit who currently resides in LA. Similar to the producer SBTRKT, fill in the consonants with vowels and it is pronounced Jameson. Many are comparing JMSN to The Weeknd but regardless this man is singing with swag and soul. Check this track out and make sure not to sleep on JMSN.

REMIX: Rihanna - We Found Love (R3hab remix)

This dubstep remix is a banger and is definitely not short of synth and dope drops. Even if Rihanna is not your favorite artist you should give this track a listen. R3hab came through hard with this one.

ALBUM: Full Crate - Golden Glasses

Well, it has been almost a full year since I have heard anything new from one of my favorite Amsterdam producer/DJ's when he released "Cut The Barb". Full Crate started our weekend off right with this 5 track EP which is full of soulful chops, samples, beats, and melodies which are sure to brighten anybody's mood. The basslines are heavy and the instumentals are funky and soulful. If you call yourself a music lover then this is absolutely $5 you are going to want to spend. Cop Golden Glasses here on Golden Glasses - EP - Full Crate.

This chillwave synth-pop duo from California put their talents to together about a year ago to come up with this amazing piece of art. REMIX: Michael Jackson - Thriller (Wick-it Remix)

Halloween is only 2 weeks away and this is a perfect remix to put you in the spirit. Wick-it destroys this track which deviates so far from the original song its almost unrecognizable for the first minute. If you like MJ and you like dubstep this is a must have. Download below.

ALBUM: Drive (2011) Soundtrack

From the jacket to the drive scenes to the dialogue to soundtrack this movie was awesome. I enjoyed the soundtrack so much that I had to SoundHound the tracks while I was in the theater. My apologies to the people behind me that had to stare at my bright cell phone screen. Check out a few of the standout tracks from the movie below.

This Brighton, UK native named Mark Dobson, has been spinning at festivals around the world for some time now. He has influences in hip hop, soul, electronic music, and reggae. Check out the video for "Ain't That Peculiar" above which was taken from his EP called Come A Little Closer. I have also posted the EP for you to check out below which has 2 tracks available to buy and 1 for free.

SONG: Kendrick Lamar - Cloud 10

This brand new song from Compton rapper, Kendrick Lamar, was originally made for a Windows phone promotion. Surprisingly, this song is definitely a repeater considering it wasn't made for his own album. However it is from Kendrick Lamar so it's not so hard to believe that everything that he puts out is great.

VIDEO: SuperHeavy - Miracle Worker

What happens when you put one of the best rock and roll artists of all time with one of the most soulful singers, with an Indian man who has won over 30 awards for his music and films, with a jamaican man who is son to the best reggae artist of all times, with a man who was in one of the best 80's bands of all times? You get a SuperGroup called SuperHeavy which consists of Mick Jagger, Joss Stone, A. R. Rahman, Damian Marley and Dave A. Stewart from the band Eurythmics.

They just recently released their first single called "Miracle Worker" from their debut album together. Check it out below.

VIDEO: Nero - Crush On You

"Crush On You" was one of my favorite tracks off of Nero's debut album, Welcome To Reality so when the dubstep duo posted the video on their facebook page I was already preparing myself. While I love the song, I'm not quite sure what to think about the video. I felt like I was watching Sixth Sense with all the red colors except with way cheesier special effects.... and red didn't mean that Bruce was already dead this time.

SONG: Blackmill - Let It Be (Feat. Veela)

This talented chillstep producer named Robert J Card goes by the stagename, Blackmill. Robert has been producing music since the age of 8 when he first began playing acoustic guitar. At the young age of 15 he began producing trance and then dubstep. His name began to spread around quickly after releasing his remix to Ellie Goulding's "Your Song". Blackmill has just recently walked out of the 9 to 5 to focus on what he does best so definitely pay attention to this dubstep master. If you don't follow him now you will regret it when he comes to your city in the very near future to perform to sold out crowds.

This is his new song called "Let It Be" featuring Veela. Relax, Open your mind and enjoy.

SONG: Skrillex - Syndicate

With the upcoming Fall/Winter season there are a lot of hot videos games coming out. Resistance 3, Battlefield 3, and Modern Warfare 3 are all dropping and EA games wants to continue the energy through the new year with a game called Syndicate. EA teamed up with Skrillex to make a song that would hype gamers across the country. The result has been featured in samples of the Syndicate trailer and is finally available for us to download as a whole song. Check out this banger below!

VIDEO: Azealia Banks - 212

The beat to the song is a remix of Lazy Jay's - Float My Boat. This video is definitely not short of profanity or swag. Her lyrics along with this electro-dance beat keep you coming back for more. Check this song out below.

VIDEO: Kele - What Did I Do Feat. Lucy Taylor

A little over a year after Kele Okereke released his debut EP he is now sharing some new material for our enjoyment. This single is called "What Did I Do" and will be featured on his upcoming EP called The Hunter. Lookout for this British musician's album on Halloween day.

SONG: Big K.R.I.T. - Money on The Floor (Feat. 8Ball & MJG & 2 Chainz)

This song reeks of southern hip hop from the "25 lighters" references to the screwed hook to the slow flow. Having roots in Houston, TX this song really hit home for me. The fact that living legends 8Ball and MJG also rap on this track makes it even better. For rap fans this is a must have track.

VIDEO: Lisa Hannigan - Knots

This Irish singer/songwriter/musician first began her career as a singer for Damien Rice until going solo in 2008. Now Lisa Hannigan just released the music video for her first single from her debut album and I couldn't be more excited. Her peculiar charm is dazzling and it is quite impressing seeing her smile throughout the entire video while being showered with paint. You gotta hear/see this!

VIDEO: Fenech-Soler - Golden Sun

This video directed by Alex et Ol was the winner of a Genero Music Video Competition. The catchy tune paired with an upbeat electro dance beat is a definite win. The music video is focus inside of a photo booth where anybody and everybody from all walks of life pose and act out. There are costumes, pimps, mexican wrestlers, power tools and of course there is sex. This song will be on repeat for me for quite some type.

VIDEO: Little Dragon - Shuffle A Dream (LIVE)

Last night Little Dragon were guests on Jools Holland's studio show called Later. They performed an excellent rendition of "Shuffle A Dream" which is my favorite song on their Ritual Union album. If you like the song I have a free download of the song and a review for their album here on my site. Ritual Union album review.

MIXTAPE: Logic - Young Sinatra

Lately, Maryland lyricist, Logic, has been playing on my iPod playlist non-stop. At first when I heard him rap I thought "Wow this guy is really good", so I began following him to keep up with his releases. He just released a mixtape a few days ago called Young Sinatra and I am hooked. Not only has Logic solidified my opinion of him being my favorite new rapper but now he has given me the belief that he is becoming one of the most underrated rappers in the game period. This mixtape is one of those albums that you can't skip a track. He captivates your ears with his genius puns and metaphors and his positive lyrics make enjoy his music even more. I can't remember the last time I have listened to and enjoyed a hip hop mixtape this much until now. If you like rap download this is a must have mixtape!

VIDEO: Frank Ocean - Thinking About You

A video was just released for Frank Ocean's "Thinking About You". This was a well created short film featuring a band of vengeful Indians and the will to save a loved one between a loving couple. Frank Ocean is only cameoed as a male nurse in the video. This is a definite must watch/listen!

VIDEO: Gemma Hayes - Keep Running

This track is definitely a standout on her new album called Let it Break. Check out Gemma Hayes below.

SONG: Atlas Sound - Te Amo

This is second single on Atlas Sounds' LP called Parallax which is due out November 8th! Atlas Sound is the solo project for Deerhunter's lead singer Bradley Cox. I love the off-kilter and peaceful beat. Feel free to download the single below.

VIDEO: The Head & The Heart - Cats And Dogs & Coeur D'alene

This Seattle indie folk-pop released their debut album in 2009 and sold over 10,000 copies by strictly word of mouth, local record stores and concert events. They will now be receiving the credit they deserve this year after opening for bands like Dave Matthews, Vampire Weekend, The Decemberists, and Iron & Wine. Check out THATH below.

SONG: Childish Gambino - Bonfire

I have been following Donald Glover's rap recently and am glad to finally come across a version of the song "Bonfire" that wasn't a radio rip. I have to say that with each release from Childish Gambino I am becoming more and more impressed. Check out his music video for "Freaks and Geeks".

ARTIST: Mike Hale

26-year-old Houston rapper Michael Hale is one of the most promising new artists in the south. This positive thinking lyricist constantly captivates your attention with the message in his music. Although Mr. Hale was originally from Florida he has mastered his own style of music that gives you the feel of a mixture of Houston rap and the legendary Jay-Z. If you haven't heard of Mike Hale do yourself a favor! Download and listen below!

SONG: A.Dd+ - Can't Come Down

Paris Pershun + Slim Gravy = A.Dd+ (AddPlus). These two forward thinking rappers hailing from Dallas, Texas give the world another weed anthem. Oh the perils of going to work high... gets to us all.  "I hope they don't notice. I shoulda brought that cologne."

SONG: Clock Opera - Lesson No. 7 (Tom Vek Remix)

I pressed play and heard nothing....instead I was sent into a different realm where I saw sounds and heard colors. It wasn't until 5 minutes and 29 seconds later until I came back to reality. Tom Vek sent me into this state of being that was beyond just listening to music. The last two minutes of the song takes you through a trip of bass and synths that will warp your thoughts. This remix deviates so far from the original song its almost as if he created this masterpiece himself. If you haven't heard the original version of Clock Opera's song then do yourself a favor and listen to it at the very bottom.

VIDEO: Neon Indian - Polish Girl

Neon Indian is kind enough to give us the stunning visuals for Polish Girl. This video was directed by Tim Nakashi and produced by The Creators Project, Neon Indian and Mom + Pop Music.

VIDEO: Idris Elba - Private Garden

You may recognize Idris Elba from The Office. You may recognize him from Takers. Who knew that we would see him in his own music video. I actually enjoyed this song. To me it had a sort of 80's vibe to it. 9th Wonder was the mastermind of this wonderful production. Check it out.

SONG: The Weeknd - Rolling Stone (Different Sleep Remix)

I searched the internet for pictures on Different Sleep and this one of my only results. This chillstep artist is definitely under the radar but has been featured on a lot of blogs lately. He has been gaining popularity for this remix of R&B singer The Weeknd's, "Rolling Stone".

Also check out some of his own songs that he has politely allowed us to download for free also. I have become of big fan of his music lately and find myself jamming to his songs on my iPod quite frequently. These are two of my favorites.

VIDEO: Childish Gambino - Freaks And Geeks

Many know Donald Glover as a primetime NBC actor/comedian on the show Community. If you didn't also know that he was a musician then allow me to introduce you to Childish Gambino. He lyrics are pungent and his punchlines are clever and comedic. With his skills he has the capability of having just as much of a music following as a his TV following. This track is a must-hear!

SebastiAn - C.T.F.O. Feat. M.I.A. (Nero Remix)

This is a dope remix of C.T.F.O. by a French electro artist named SebastiAn. This track is a banger for sure. I am a big fan of SebastiAn, M.I.A. is one of my favorite International artists and Nero is one of my favorite dubstep groups so it didn't take very long for this song to grab my attention. Check it out below and chill the f*** out.

VIDEO: Logic - Just Another Day

Logic has been gaining popularity fast and killing his tracks with that East Coast swag. He is a master lyricist with the wordplay of a 10 year veteran. He is definitely one of my favorite new freshman rappers in the game and I look forward to all of his releases. Check out the other posts on my site featuring Logic.

VIDEO: 74 Miles Away - Neverending Rhodes / Chromeface

I have been watching this collective from Brussels Belgium for a while and have been intrigued by their style and variation of music. The group consists of pianist/composer, Pierre Ankaert and two producers known as Monkey Robot. They actually recorded a split LP with electronic music on one side and a Belgian Jazz Trio on the other side. 74 Miles Away has decided one of the main focuses on their project was to bring the Fender Rhodes (a very precious piano of the past few decades) back into focus. This electric piano was a huge part of the music industry and was used by many artists including Portishead, Stevie Wonder, D'Angelo, Erykah Badu and many more. Relax and listen to the electric sounds of 74 Miles Away.

VIDEO: Holy Ghost - Wait & See

This video has been out for quite some time now but I have been listening to Holy Ghost lately and felt inspired to post this video for your enjoyment.

VIDEO: Lana Del Rey - Blue Jeans

Finally the "Ghetto Nancy Sinatra" releases the A-side of her double release. She has been teasing us with it for quite some time but just recently posted the official video for "Blue Jeans". I did a full review for her previous track called "Video Game" which you can check out by clicking on the link.

This track tends to remind me of a female version of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Games" except with a bit more attitude. Not only is this song well produced but her talent for songwriting also shows on this track. Check it out below.

VIDEO: Leno Lovecraft - Princess

The complex sounds of this disco producer are mirrored to the Italo disco of Cerrone. After buying Leno's EP I realized how colorful and expressive each of his productions were. All very impressive work that is crafted through the creative mind of a young teenager. You have to give this a listen.

If you like what you hear you may download his EP for free or choose to pay whatever price you think is fitting here at his Bandcamp page.

VIDEO: Phantogram - As Far As I Can See

This New York duo have just released this track off of their new mix called Phantogram EP. This is definitely one creative, electronic rock group that you want to pay attention to.

SONG: DJ Shadow - Scale It Back ft. Yukimi of Little Dragon

So If you haven't already noticed, I am a huge fan of Yukimi Nagano, the lead singer of Little Dragon. This is probably the third time atleast that I have posts featuring their music. I have also been listening to DJ Shadows' music for years so I was already hooked on this track before he even included the beautiful voice of Ms. Nagano. DJ Shadow definitely knocked it out of the park with this relaxing track.

VIDEO: SBTRKT - Pharaohs ft. Roses Gabor

Yet another banger from SBTRKT's album is released with a music video for 2 of our senses to enjoy simultaneously. Check it out below. The first video that SBTRKT released was "Wildfire" featuring Little Dragon, which i previously posted here.

VIDEO: Little Dragon - Brush The Heat

Apparently Yukimi isn't the only talented one in the family. This music video to "Brush The Heat" from Ritual Union, was created by her father, Yusuke Nagano. It is definitely full of stoner-friendly visuals including anything from rainbow colors to wiggling eyeballs that move around Yukimi as she dances. Watch and enjoy below.

VIDEO: Kid Cudi - Mr. Rager

10 months after Man on the Moon II: Legend of the Rager was released Scott Mescudi is still releasing material for the album. This video masterpiece was directed by Jeremie Rozan from Surface to Air Studios. The "Superduperduder Cud" has teamed up with S2A Studios to produce a line of fashion jackets. This explains the fresh leathers on Scott himself and the reason why the mob that he fights has more swag than the extras in a Michael Jackson "Beat it" video.

SONG: Zee Avi - Concrete Wall

This 25-year-old singer/songwriter from Malaysia first blew up with her famous Christmas song on Youtube called, "No Christmas For Me". It has been 2 years since the release of her self-titled debut album and she just recently released her second album called, "Ghostbird". Check out one of her many standout songs below from "Ghostbird".

Zee Avi - Concrete Wall

SONG: Aaliyah - Somebody (Hudson Mohawke Remix)

Hudson Mohawke is a musical genius. This track is an extra that he released after his internationally known EP called "Satin Panthers". A great mix between R&B, hip hop, and electronica.

VIDEO: Sleep ∞ Over - Casual Diamond

This Austin, TX singer named Stephanie Franciotti formed Sleep ∞ Over in early 2010 and has been the talk on a lot of blogs lately. I'm not sure if there could have been a better video to match this melodic dream of a song. The soft-focused visuals fit well with the distant harmonic voice of Ms. Franciotti.

SONG: CANT - Believe

CANT is also known as Chris Taylor, the bass player from indie group, Grizzly Bear. This talented multi-instrumentalist from Brooklyn will be releasing his debut solo album mid-September.

CANT - Believe (taken from Dreams Come True - Terrible Records / Warp Records) by Warp Records

VIDEO: Theophilus London - I Stand Alone

This Brooklyn MC/singer has always been known for creating music that can be classified as many different genres. You can download his new mixtape here at FiftyOne:FiftyOne.com. I'm not quite sure if the video to "I Stand Alone" is my favorite choice of styles. The low budget 80's style music video is definitely a big part of London's style however I guess I was expecting a bit more.

REMIX: Gotye - Somebody I Used To Know (Neon Stereo Remix)

Gotye's single, "Somebody That I Used To Know" has been receiving a lot of attention on the internet and it was only a matter of time before a plethora of remixes were created. This particular one is by Neon Stereo and is definitely easy on the ears. Check it out and feel free to download. If you haven't heard the original, click here to watch the VIDEO.

SONG: Skrillex - Right Here

After Skrillex's laptop was stolen, a lot of songs have been leaked and it has been a journey for him to recreate his work. This is a new track called "Right Here" that is extremely catchy. Feel free to download it below.

VIDEO: Fenech-Soler - Demons

This band from the United Kingdom formed in 2006 but took 4 years to master their debut album which they released on September 27th, 2010. "Demons" is the second single released from their self-titled debut.

SONG: Bridget Kelly - Thinking About Forever

With the beautiful harmony of Aluna's voice and the electronic instrumentals of Reid, the duo is creating masterpieces that are grabbing everyone's attention.

SONG: Kimbra - Old Flame & Two Way Street

I have been on the lookout for any new release from Kimbra lately and was fortunate enough to come across a couple new tracks from her album, "Vows". It is pretty obvious that she has the potential to being the next big artist among talents like Adele. The first track she released this past week for FREE is called "Old Flame" and definitely has an 80's R&B vibe to it. Check it out below. The second track is called "Cameo Lover". I have featured the video below. This is just a taste of her album which is set to release September 13th in the US. Check out my previous post of Kimbra's video, "Settle Down".

VIDEO: Tyler The Creator (Yours Truly)

Yourstru.ly Presents: Tyler, the Creator from Yours Truly on Vimeo.

I felt this video is very fitting considering the fact that Tyler won the award for best new artist at the VMA's. Many people have had a lot of words to say about who should have won it or how Tyler does not deserve the award.

This video is great in the way that it shows off Tyler's true personality and his talent and passion for music. He isn't just the grimy rapper with all the controversial lyrics you hear. He also produces his own beats and taught himself classical piano at the age of 14. At only 7 he was creating imaginary album covers and tracklistings for albums of his own before he could even make music or knew that his dream would come true. Tyler The Creator is an extremely talented musician, period.

VIDEO: Lana Del Rey - Video Games

When I first watched this video I was immediately intrigued by the modern video clips that were interlaced with the vintage ones. As I watched it for a second time I was drawn to the message of the words. 24-year old Lana Del Ray aka the self-proclaimed "Gangsta Nancy Sinatra" has a voice that makes you stop in your tracks and a musical style that is reminiscent of Fiona Apple's heydays.

This sad single seems to be about a failed love story between a boy playing video games and a woman seeking his affection. However, she never clearly states the situation while the video switches back and forth from surreal romance to the wasteful freedom of an adventurous couple. Nonetheless, the lyrics are powerful and really hit home.

"I'm in his favorite sundress / Watching me get undressed ..... Go play a video game"

"Heaven is a place on earth where you / Tell me all the things you want to do"  -  Is her love still there? Or is she speaking of how the relationship used to be hence the video being vintage in the purpose of showcasing a once vivacious love?

"Open up a beer / And take it over / And play a video game"  -  Is this line explaining the allowances of a man's soulmate? Is it showing her willingness to accommodate to the relationship even for activities that are beyond her own desires? Or perhaps a sarcastic remark pronounced like a dagger directed towards an emotionally unavailable boyfriend?

The video ends with the couple spinning around merrily and visions of the Hollywood sign in the distance with interimittent glimpses of people snapping photographs of a "Hollywood couple".

Even though "Video Games" explains the struggles of a relationship that once was, it shows the couple together in the end. In the scheme of things isn't that all that matters?

VIDEO: Florence + The Machine - What The Water Gave Me

Florence Welch and her Machine friends bring you the first single from her new album. At this point the album is not yet titled but is already stirring up much anticipation. The album producer, Paul Epworth, has took to twitter in regards to the track listing to say,

"I feel for the A&R dept having to whittle these tracks down to 10 or 12 because there really are no weak ones. It's a weird record that sounds live in some ways and like a machine in others, with sensitivity and power in both the music and Flo's voice."

REMIX: Mary Jane Girls - All Night Long (Re-edit)

The Rick James' proteges brought you this smash hit in 1983. The Mary Jane Girls track has been sampled by the likes of Mary J Blige and Groove Theory. This Re-edit breathes new life into the classic and is worth a listen. Feel free to download the track to take it back, below.

Here is a video of the original. Go ahead and watch it. It's been a while since you have heard the song anyway.

VIDEO: Washed Out - Wicked Games (Chris Isaak cover)

He has been known to express his love and influence of soft rock and now he shows us with this cover of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Games". I've always thought that Washed Out sounded similar to Chris Isaak and wanted him to do a cover. Much to my surprise he granted my wish! Check it out below.

ALBUM: Little Dragon - Ritual Union

Sweden's Little Dragon is a minimalistic band blessed with a unique style and alluring sound. Their R&B-infused indie-electronica music is so simple yet individualistically complex. Many people were first introduced to Little Dragon when they were featured in 2 songs from The Gorillaz album, Plastic Beach. The track below is called Empire Ants and features the voice of Little Dragon, Yukimi Nagano.

The Gorillaz - Empire Ants Feat. Little Dragon

On their third studio album, Ritual Union, they deliver a mixture of slow-tempo songs like "Little Man" along with their sexy, futuristic sound in songs like "Shuffle A Dream". While this album showcases their style and musical abilities it also seems as though a few tracks are only one extra chorus, rhythmic or chord change away from being masterpieces. Nevertheless, I have still had their album on repeat for the past month and it is definitely worthy of your attention.

By day an aspiring physical therapist, by night a producer, 24-year-old Mike Volpe already has production credits with the likes of Soulja Boy and Mobb Deep under his belt. He became famous mostly from Lil B's internet takeoff productions. This is one of my favorite tracks by Clams Casino with a visually stunning unofficial music video. Check it out below.

VIDEO: Kid Cudi - No One Believes Me

After much talk about moving his talents towards the rock'n'roll side of music, he gives us a glimpse of the two mixed together in this slightly horrifying video. While Kid Cudi was known to release music for the soundtrack of the movie Fright Night, the same director (Craig Gillespie) also pitched in to create the video to this song as well. His infamous grunge-style harmonizing fills this track and fits perfectly with the mood of video. Check it out.

MIX: DJ Resolute - Blackmill Essential Mix (Melodic Dubstep)

This talented DJ/Mix Artist/Photographer hailing from Mississauga, Ontario is relevantly new in the music scene but produces mixes like that of a veteran. DJ Resolute AKA Cory Bulatovich created this mix to support an upcoming producer from the United Kingdom named Blackmill. Blackmill is a frontrunner in a new movement of music called, Chillstep. This new genre is a mixture of bassy dubstep with harmonious melodies that will put any listener into a relaxed state of consciousness. Blackmill creates these musical masterpieces not only for the passion but he is also driven by sentimental family reasons that will touch anyone.

"Blackmill is the name of the house where my Grandad and Grandma use to live. I'm hoping to get enough support and the funding to be able to buy this house back. Since they passed away we had to sell the house. It's the place where I grew up and loved more than anything so I'm making this music to help get a part of my childhood back that should of never been missing."

If you enjoy this mix feel free to download it for free here.

MIXTAPE: The Weeknd - Thursday

I have been waiting for this mixtape patiently ever since he dropped "House Of Balloons" which I posted on my blog earlier. Despite the mixtape being called "Thursday", The Weeknd must have felt it was too good to be released on a Thursday so he dropped it on Friday. The mixtape was in such high demand it was reported to crash a number of file hosting sites such as Mediafire, Zippyshare, and Hulkshare!

Be sure to add this mixtape to your collection by clicking the link below!

VIDEO: Skrillex - First of The Year (Equinox)

Skrillex really makes a statement with this video for his new release from the "More Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites EP". It begins with a creepy child predator sitting on a playground bench waiting. As this cute little girl in a hoodie skips off into a dark alley, the man in the trench coat follows her into an abandoned warehouse. Suddenly, the girl picks up a toy phone and turns to the man. What happens next is amazing! Check it out below!

Daniel Stephens and Joe Ray make up this extraordinary duo of dubstep artists called Nero. They have been taking over the charts in the UK and have been predicted to have the first #1 charted single on the billboards by a dubstep song. Their smash hit "Promises" is quickly working its way to the top of the charts. Check out the video below.

This track below is one of the standout songs from their upcoming album which is set to release on August 15th. It is called "Must Be The Feeling".

Nero - Must Be The Feeling

This next song became a dubstep anthem in 2009 and is now being released as a bonus track on "Welcome Reality (Deluxe)".

ARTIST: Clock Opera

Clock Opera is driven by a man named Guy Connelly. The England native has sort of engineered this unique sound which he calls "Chop Pop" by taking recordings of his 4-piece band and "chopping" them into segments and samples. He then masterfully creates his music by putting the recorded pieces together. He has even been known to chop up his own lyrics into randomized orders throughout songs and use overlaying samples of up to five guitars at once. Clock Opera will be releasing The Lesson No. 7 EP on October 3rd but Mr. Connelly has fortunately allowed us to get our hands on this frantic and powerful song.
